Return For Exchange

We gladly accept an exchange of an unworn item within 7 business days of purchase. The item must be in the original condition, including tags. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges and must include a reply paid package.

If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the exchange so you may want to send it as registered or express post.

All items are inspected to ensure they are not damaged prior to packaging and posting. In the event that a fault or damage to your purchase is overlooked during dispatch, Blues Child will happily exchange or refund your purchase (including postage costs) providing it is returned in original packaging with tags attached-and is unworn and unwashed. Please notify Blues Child within 7 days of purchase should your items be damaged or otherwise faulty.

If the items you have ordered are in stock they will be shipped to you within 48 hours (excluding weekends and Public Holidays) of receiving your payment.

Please contact your local customs office for this information. International customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. We will declare invoice amounts on your shipment.
